Nedko Solakov, paranoid, fearful Bulgarian says Bulgarians are wealthy but there aren't any real collectors. He lives in Sofia because they are taxed 10%. One of the poorest countries.

"I miss Socialism maybe" the title of this work for Beijing, but Solakov says: I really just missed my youth.
    

    Solakov doesn't see commonalities between socialist artists like say Russian and Chinese.

Solakov says he's more popular outside of Bulgaria.
