"Jorge Kleinman tenía 13 años cuando los nazis le tomaron prisionero, “un milagro”, considera, “porque los alemanes no tomaban prisioneros de menos de 18 años”. Pasó por Auschwitz: y por otros cuatro campos de concentración más. Ahora asegura que el resto del mundo “no hizo absolutamente nada por ayudarlos” y que ahora, la sociedad no parece haber aprendido de aquello porque ha habido otros Holocaustos contra otros pueblos. Hoy, considera, “el terrorismo religioso marca la pauta, y nadie lo está parando. Es un error de Europa y lo va a pagar caro”. "
I had the honour of saying the Brachot for the candle lighting and the blessing over the challah. I shared my habit from home of singing the blessing and inviting the children to sing with me while laying their hands over the challah cloth.
